As we deal with times where supermarket trips need to be kept to a minimum, canned foods can be a godsend. They tend to last a long time and also make for a quick an easy option when you’re not in the mood to cook.
Baked beans, mushy peas, spaghetti hoops and the sorts are all free and wonderful, but are rarely the feature of a meal.
