Notes on Changes
The Slimming World plan now includes updated measurements for certain milks and cheeses. For example, almond and soya milks must be unsweetened and calcium-fortified to count. Recent updates have confirmed that soft cheeses and soft goat’s cheese no longer count, so always double check packaging and the official food search tool!
