Those who have weighed in this week will have been introduced to this new, streamlined extra easy plan called the Slimming World SP plan. It's not a replacement for extra easy, but it does seem to be a replacement for "success express". When you get to the fundamentals of this new plan, you'll see that it's not a kick in the arse off the extra easy plan, but there are some key differences.
Essentially, superfree and superspeed foods have been merged (with some eliminations such as grapes, bananas, blueberries) and protein rich/free foods have been merged with high-carb options off the menu (no rice or potatoes allowed).
Instead of aiming for 1/3 superfree on our plate, your plate will consist of 50% speed foods (S) and 50% free or protein foods (P) on your plate. Additionally, you still have your healthy A allowance and can have 2 x healthy B options as well as the usual 5-15 syns.
According to the slimming world website,
Came at a good time then! I know I could do with a boost after the festive season.
If you haven't got your new pack yet, not to panic. So long as you attend group before the 17th of January there will be one waiting for you. I've also tried to help by localising a few of the images circulating about this plan, and hopefully they will clear up some ambiguity (click any image to expand)
