These are not only slimming world friendly but this is a clean, vegan recipe.

You will need:

Can of chickpeas

60g Ground almonds (aka Almond Flour)

1 grated carrot

One red onion

Handful of Parsley

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Roll into balls
  3. Spray a frying pan with Frylight
  4. Fry on medium heat, 3 mins each side and enjoy!
