These are not only slimming world friendly but this is a clean, vegan recipe.
You will need:
Can of chickpeas
60g Ground almonds (aka Almond Flour)
1 grated carrot
One red onion
Handful of Parsley
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Roll into balls
- Spray a frying pan with Frylight
- Fry on medium heat, 3 mins each side and enjoy!
